Are you an adventurous home chef? A novice cook? Just love food? All are welcome to the library’s new Cookbook Club! For March, we will be cooking from Mario Batali’s new cookbook, Big American Cookbook. The acclaimed chef has compiled recipes of 250 regional gems from all across the USA.
If you would like to join in on the culinary fun, please select a recipe–appetizer, entree, or dessert–from the cookbook, prepare it exactly as the directions state (for allergy purposes), and bring it to our first meeting on Thursday, March 30th from 7-9 pm for a night of tasting and discussion! Each attendee must prepare one recipe.
Copies of Big American Cookbook are available at the library.
