The Haddon Heights Library offers many services for everyone in the community. Serving the public is the business of public libraries and our reason for existence.
The library has 18 public computers with Internet access and Office products (including Word and Excel) on the main floor. Patrons are asked to sign-in at the front desk and can choose any available computer. The time limit is 30 minutes if people are waiting. Otherwise, there is no time limit.
Black and white printing is available for a cost of $0.15 per page. Reservations are not accepted.
If you need items that are not in our collection, they can be ordered from other libraries. Items are usually delievered within 5 days. Requests can be made in person, over the phone or online.
There is one staff operated photocopier available in the library. Copies cost $0.15 and can be made in the following sizes: 8 1/2 x 11, 8 1/2 x 14, 11 x 17.
Fax service is available at the front desk. The cost is $2.00 per page outgoing and $1.00 per page incoming.
The library offers notary services at no charge. There are two notaries at the library that are available Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday night, 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Please call ahead as there is no guarentee either Notary will be available.
If requested, the library will deliver items to shut-ins. Please call the library for more details.
The library staff will fulfill the proctoring needs of distance learning students with proper notification. It is the student's responsibility to arrange for this service with the library and their school.
Voter registration cards may be picked up at the Front Desk.
A self-correcting typewriter is provided for public use on a walk-in basis.
